Development and production of a highly-durable universal stacking box with non-standard dimensions of  576 x 466 x 172 mm and load capacity up to15 kg, in the same RAL colour with the customer’s printing and logo.

Solution

Stackable box with upper sheet to avoid product contamination, with openings for handling, universal for various types of inner box arrangements.

Subsequently, inner fixations of parts were developed and delivered for the box: plastic-cardboard grid and vacuum-formed fixations.

Serial production with sequential deliveries to the client’s logistics process, more than 30,000 pcs per year.

Procedure

  • Box design according to the products for which it is intended
  • 3D visualisation with mounting of parts in the box
  • Preparation of drawing documentation as a basis for production
  • Sampling – production of initial boxes for testing
  • Testing of load capacity and handling
  • Customer’s approval
  • Start of serial production
  • Sequential deliveries of boxes to the customer’s production and logistics process
  • Development, testing and subsequent production of inner fixation of parts: Cartonplast grid, Vacuum-formed fixations
