Solution

Two trolleys with galvanised metal construction and a universal box for various types of inner arrangement. Box with textile insert, plastic-card board grid,various types of vacuum fittings and fixation of plastic and XPE foam for the protection of parts. Trolley is connected into a train within the internal logistics’ goods transport.

 

Serial production and sequential deliveries to the customer’s production and logistics process.

Procedure

  • Design of trolleys and boxes according to the products for which they are intended
  • 3D visualisation of boxes and mounting of parts in the trolley
  • Preparation of drawing documentation as a basis for production
  • Production of samples
  • Testing of load capacity and handling
  • Customer’s approval
  • Start of serial production
  • Sequential deliveries of trolleys to the customer’s production and logistics process
  • Development, testing and production of removable inner fixation of plastic and XPE foam parts against scratches and abrasions
